We were soon brought to a very familiar landmark, the Coroner's Building. Who would ever have thought a
morgue would become a tourist attraction?

|

Here's the whole lot of us posing in front of the sign.
Standing, from l-r: Gwen's husband, Shele, Gwen, Nancy, Bill. Kneeling from l-r: Karen T., Karen B., and me. |

The outside of the building was used in The Fix. Here,
Nick discovers he has a hand. No, really, Nick has just been shot up with cow hormones and
realizes he's not going to make the front page of the National Tattler by spontaneously combusting.
|
|

And here's how the front of the building really looks.

This spot really inspires warm, fuzzy moments.

Lest you think these reenactments go off without a hitch, even Karen and I
have our bloopers.

Next on the tour was this street that houses the famous
store with the big wheels that appears in many FK stock driving scenes. It's really a Sam's record store.
|
|

Down the street from Sam's is Zanzibar, the strip club
used in Sons of Belial. Unfortunately, it was under renovation, but the sign was still there.

Eric Sawchuck hands out flyers in front of the club.
